How to Tackle Stress

Together we will look at the effects of stress on your life beginning with:-

Moving forward

~ We will look at the persons' current state and plan to work around changing their perceptions about the present, and to move positively towards the future, with confidence.

~ Problem solving: looking at issues which are causing an individual distress and developing coping strategies to handle problems effectively.

~ Enabling techniques such as creative visualisation and relaxation will be used to benefit an individual, along with confidence building and raising self esteem.

~ Goal setting and personal action planning to move forward and manage stress positively in the future, from a professional and personal perspective, confidently and successfully.
